Situational Analysis:

NVA Compassion-First (formerly Compassion-First Pet Hospitals) Talent Development department had a booth at the VMX Conference in Orlando, Fl where they sponsored 1,000 student attendees and had an interactive “Donut Shop” open throughout the duration of the conference.The goal was to entice students to meet the recruitment team and spark interest in veterinary jobs available at one of many Compassion-First Pet Hospital locations across the country.

Details:

I was tasked with crafting social campaign strategy, posting schedule, and social post content that would promote conference booth location, company presence and activities throughout the conference, and introduce veterinary students to the network of NVA Compassion-First pet hospitals. 

I worked with the creative team to develop campaign imagery, booth collateral, and interactive social GIFs for attendees.

For clarification, following a company merger, NVA Compassion-First (formerly Compassion-First Pet Hospital) is now known as Ethos Veterinary Hospital Network.
